When Food Innovation Goes Into The Cloud

Seemingly every day, new reports are coming out, reporting the dangers of high sugar consumption. And yet, over 171 million metric tons of sugar was consumed globally last year.

One person who battles sugar kicks with cloud technology is Lucy Dahlgren, former CEO and now Board of Directors at Bayn Europe.

In her keynote session, she will share why sugar is a big problem, why we need to reduce it, and how cloud technology can help food companies. With examples from her time at Bayn and other companies, Lucy will show us cloud platforms for food and why they are needed.

She will also show what startups can do to solve food challenges, using technology in the future.
