Paul-Adrien Menez hates seeing food go to waste. He is an entrepreneur, CEO, and co-founder of Zéro-Gâchis, an AI-powered solution to fight food waste in the retail industry.

He now helps over 350+ supermarkets across Europe to save more than 30 tons of food every year, while doubling their annual net income, ensuring no food gets unnecessarily thrown away. He’s also a former Engineer in Computer Sciences but quit his studies to follow his dream to end food waste.

He’s an active speaker with sessions at over 50+ conferences globally, has appeared in over 30+ TV shows and over a hundred newspaper and magazine articles. Paul has also been nominated among the 35 innovators under 35 in Europe (2019) by the MIT Technology Review.
