Zach Miller-Frankel

Co-Founder @ Andrson

Zach Miller-Frankel is the co-founder and CEO of Andrson, an AI-driven solution to analyze music and get it in front of key music executives. As a manager, Zach and co-partner Neil Dunne built Andrson to solve the A&R challenges that they were facing. Together, they also founded ThinkTank Music Management, a boutique firm based in New York City and Dublin, securing million-dollar contracts, tours, talent agency representation, and artists’ mainstage festival performances.

With almost a decade of experience in the music industry and artist management, he has worked with brilliant artists like Philip Glass, The National, and The Antlers.

He’s a frequent speaker at conferences on innovative methods for Digital A&R, the use of AI and Machine Learning in Music Tech, and “Why Self-Management Isn’t Self Sufficient,” which has been heard and praised by audiences globally.

Furthermore, he’s on the Young Leadership Board of a cancer research fund – from which he received the Founder’s Award for the creation of their debut music festival.

He holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin and undergraduate degrees in Opera Performance and French from Indiana University.
