Erik Lund is the Head of IoT Tracking Division at Visilion, an asset-tracking and supply chain visibility solution by Sony Network Communications Europe. Based on IoT and 5G-enabled technology, Visilion lets logistics service providers and manufacturers of vital, high-value assets control their supply chain.
With vast experience in transport and logistics and technology, working with enterprise software, he has a background in strategy consultancy and telecommunications – mostly related to IoT and digital security. He collaborated with several start-ups and worked with corporate innovation and venture building in the maritime and logistics space and has also built his businesses in technology and real estate.
Erik is originally from Denmark but has gained immense global experience from his many long-term overseas assignments. He’s worked in Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, the U.S., and around Europe before settling in Lund, Sweden, for his position with Visilion.
He holds a B.A. in Logistics combined with an executive MBA from HEC Paris, majoring in entrepreneurship and innovation.
